Kingsley Enagbare Scouting Report

Speed is good, not great. Solid overall athlete. Very quick laterally. Moves well. Solid body control, changes direction well and quickly. Strong first step. Needs to be more consistent with getting off at the snap. First step isn’t as good when moving from a three point stance than it is when he’s upright.

Very explosive. Has a good vertical leap. Should test well at the Combine. Very strong upper body. Very powerful rip move when he can set it up. Very impressive push in short bursts. Absolute brute at times. Just has surprising upper body power. Balance could be better at times. Struggles to keep his feet while dipping and taking contact. Offers considerable bend. Excellent hands. Works well in the hand fighting portion of the pass rush.

Very solid tackler. Wraps up well and has the power to control the ball carrier well to the ground. Works very well through traffic and off of blocks to maintain his positioning. Solid instincts. Feels the play well and picks up on concepts as they’re running it. Has the ability to drop into effective zone coverage.

What we want to see from Kingsley Enagbare in Mobile

• We hope to see Enagbare participating in 1v1’s against tight ends. I’m don’t think that he has the ability to cover well in man coverage because of his lack of straight line speed, but we’d like to see him participate there.
• In 1v1’s against the linemen as a pass rusher, I’d like to see what he’s trying to do to account for his balance. He lost his footing a lot trying to speed rush around and took himself out of the play. How will he account for it and will he test his luck?

Kingsley Enegbare will best fit in a 3-4 defensive front as the BUCK/RUSH defender. His stout ability as a pass rusher, recognition, and run defense will make him a very valuable prospect.

We see Enagbare as a first-round prospect. He can start day one and his ceiling is through the roof as a player in the NFL.
