Breece Hall Scouting Report
Strengths- Legitmate third down back. Extremely patient runner. Vision is second to none in this draft class. Does a good job of invisioning the running lanes before they open. Knows how to use his big frame is bounce of initial tackle attempts. Stellar contact balance. Not a barn burner, but has enough speed to break open a home run play. Above average footwork. Natural hand catcher out of the backfield.
Weaknesses- His pass protection must improve at the next level. There’s no if ands or buts about it. Has been used alot by Iowa State having over 800 total touches in 3 years.
Pre-Combine Projection

Breece Hall currently has an early/mid 2nd round grade. If Hall can show he has improved his pass protection come the combine he may sneak into one of the final 5-6 selections of the first round.
Hall has the athleticism, size, footwork, and vision to be successful in any scheme for a long time in the NFL. He will have to keep developing as a pass protector and prove that he still has plenty of juice left in his engine, but Hall’s ability to be a consistently productive ball carrier and pass catcher should please many NFL teams come April.
